Hikvision  DS-7216HQHI-K1 Turbo HD is one of the best expandable CCTV camera systems. The system is a digital video recorder (DVR), with 16 analog and 8 IP channels (up to 24 CCTV cameras). 

When on the 1080p Lite mode, the hybrid DVR system can record at 4MP lite, 3MP, 1080p, 720p, VGA, WD1, 4CIF, and CIF resolution. The CCTV camera system also records at a high video frame rate of up to 30fps.
