300w solar street lamp has In-built Photocell light sensor which sense darkness in the evening and switches the light ON automatically. The light stays on throughout the night and switches itself OFF in the morning at sunrise.

This solar light has  motion sensor, it stays On then becomes brighter when someone passes by.
